It seems this achievement was glitched when the game first came out. Now if you complete the first 3 races of the game the achievement should pop for you.

I will leave my video guide below in case you would like to see me getting the achievement

Just managed to get it using offline/online trick. Below you will find the steps I took to get it working. Please read CAREFULLY if you want to replicate.

Start Xbox and sign in your gamertag.
Disconnect internet altogether (disconnect ethernet or just pull ISP-cable).
Remove ALL local save-game data including "cache" (I had 3 entries for FM7).
Start FM7 and it should show the introductory videos and such.
Hit Guide-button to make sure you are still signed in locally but without internet!!
Start the first 3 given races; Porsche, Benz Truck & Nissan GTR.
After this, start the Hot Hatch Series and finish all 4 races (no need to finish first).
Now, wait about a minute for the game to save stuff locally.
Hit the Guide-button, select FM7 and Quit the game.
Again, remove ALL local save-game data including "cache" (I had 3 entries for FM7).
Connect internet again; after little time, you should see Friends & Store populate again.
Start FM7 again and it will sync data from the cloud; can take few retries for it to finish.
The moment the title screen appeared (Driver, Porsche, version number), cheevo popped.

The cheevo did NOT pop on my Xbox but it did on my Xbox App on my phone as well on my PC.

The only way you would be able to do it is by copying your saved data to a memory stick or delete your progress if your not that far in and re load the game. After getting the achievement you could then copy your save file back onto the xbox

I was going to say, delete the local save and go offline and replay it. Then go online and get the save from the cloud... not sure if the achievement will unlock offline anymore though... I just started this and got the achievement after the 3rd intro race. It popped but it is not "unlocked" right now or saying "unlocked" but it shows up here so hope it will update soon.

Yeah, that is the exact reason why I don't mess around with game saves. I lost everything when playing FM3 back in the day. 300+ hours gone due to overwriting the wrong file. Never again.

I was trying to juggle game saves to get the achievement and lost my 65 hour save. Have to start from scratch and lost the specialty cars and gifted VIP complainer cars, but I got the achievement. I accidentally deleted from everywhere instead of just from the Xbox, so I lost my save on the cloud. Even though I still had my save running on my PC, once I quit the game, my save got deleted as well, which I was hoping to sync to the cloud. Oh well. 65 hours is only a week loss, could be worse.

So if I'm reading this right there is no way to unlock it if you're an Ultimate Edition owner who doesn't want to start a fresh save?

Still sitting at 0% progress on Win10, despite racing in all rain conditions, finishing in several types of rain, and the game using up the "race in rain" mod I applied when it was raining.

I had posted last week in the original guide that it did not unlock after doing every weather scenario in Free Play. It unlocked this evening while I was in the menus. Hopefully, it will unlock for you as well. Note: Ultimate Edition owner and raced during the early access period.

I got an alert from the Xbox app to say it unlocked, while I was sleeping, and was dated the 10th, the day of the last patch.

Chances are UE owners might never unlock this unless T10 thinks deep & hard and just unlocks it for everyone that ever started FM7 regardless of finishing the intro-races.

Still locked for me. Tried going offline, deleting game save, and running intro races again. No achievement. Went back online... still nothing. Level 58 and completed Drivers Cup already. Frustrating. Deluxe Edition owner. Did not start game until 3 October (official US release date).

The patch did nothing for me so I just tried OctagonControl’s method to the letter and it worked! Now appears as unlocked on 7.11 without ever popping on the screen. Thank you for the solution!

I followed the guide from Octagon and cannot complete the Hot Hatch series as the game crashes after 2 races and does the same in the game before I deleted all my saved offline! When I connected back up it popped for me but it troubles me that I won't complete this game if I can never finish this series!!

Used OctagonQontrol solution didn't pop in-game when it should have, but popped on my phone as soon as I reconnected.

Takes about an hour with the Hot Hatch series, curious if anyone tried with just the intuitive intro 3 races?

Also I'd recommend backing completely out of the game to make sure the cloud save updates, mine didn't and lost 4 completed races in my Cup series I had just competed. Not a big deal just annoying to have to race them again.

Sat watching television and my phone beeps "achievement unlocked"

Easiest achievement earned ever, didn't even have the Xbox switched on. Now that's what I call glitched (UE owner too)

A nice and easy achievement to get. All that’s needed is to finish the first few races the game puts you in and once those are finished you’ll get the achievement.
