How to unlock the Clean Driving achievement in Forza Motorsport - Definitive Guide

Load into a featured multiplayer race and before practice ends and before the race starts, you need to complete a qualifying lap. You have 3 laps to get a clean one done. For keeping it clean don't worry about the time just brake early into corners and take it slow so you stay within the track limits. You can turn on the racing line if that helps as this will show when to brake and slow down for corners. You can see if your lap is clean if there is no warning triangle next to your lap time.

Acheivement should pop just after you cross the start/finish line when completing a clean lap.

Edit: thank you to the comments below that have suggested if you're having trouble with unlocking this, skip practice and go straight to qualifying.

Seems buggy…I did three clean laps in one session and it did not pop.

I've had same issue as mentioned above. Did 3 clean laps (no ! Triangle) and didn't pop for me. Although strangely the score 10 in a sector did and I'm pretty sure I didn't complete that in the quali.

Same as above, got the Self-Improvement achievement but not this one, even though all 3 laps were clean.

This is glitched for me as well. Simply didn't unlock, even though I had completed several quali sessions with all 3 laps being clean.

Might be worth a try, i just started a Qualifying lap then exited to the menu but the game continued to run, i then exited the menu and the achievement popped.

I immediately chose Qualifying lap and it unlocked after the first lap.

Popped for me today despite having issues before. Not entirely sure why. The only advice I can give you is to try not to leave the track limits at all (not even with only one wheel) during both practice and qualifying.

Yes, have tried everything. No luck. Also tried both PC and console. Used an alt account, of course that account got it. 🫤

Skipping the practice and going onto qualifying. I got it first lap first time after the 1.0 update from today 18/10/23

Didn't pop for me the first time when I did several practice laps first. Second time I was coming in at the very end of the practice session, went straight to qualifying, and it popped immediately after completing the first clean lap.

Same here. Got it only by skipping practice and going straight to qualifying.

Confirmed. Skip practice, go right to qualify, popped after 1st lap (which was clean).
Prior to this, tried every day to unlock using practice first. Never unlocked, both before and after the update.

Join a featured multiplayer race. Once you’ve loaded into the race, select the Race menu and then select Qualify. You have 3 laps to get the clean lap. Once you’ve completed all 3 laps the achievement will pop
