Forza Motorsport

As Forza Motorsport supports Xbox Play Anywhere, this does not necessarily need multiple people, just two accounts and two devices.

I set up a Private Multiplayer match on my Windows PC with my main account:

• Game type: Circuit Race

• Game length: Custom

• Track: Eaglerock Speedway

• Track layout: Oval circuit

• Number of laps: 300

• Number of players: 2

You could also change the time of day and weather to Rain and Night to get the 50 laps needed for the achievements for those conditions. You'll obviously also get the achievement for 100 multiplayer laps.

Use X class cars (you can rent one) for the fastest laps.

I then joined my game with my second account on my Xbox, and started the race. Your second account can then leave the race.

You can also turn on the assistance options to have the car drive itself with assisted throttle.

You DO need to supply some input every 10-15 minutes or so, as the game will ask if you're still playing. Otherwise it's about 24 seconds per lap and the 300 laps take about 2 hours.

You can still use this race setup with a real second player if you want. You could also just race in multiplayer, but for those that hate multiplayer like me, there's your alternative.
