Earliest possible that this can be achieved is once you have finished the third introductory race. The three introductory races are the races that occur when you select your first car. At the conclusion of that third race, you will get a Post-Race Menu. From there select "SAVE REPLAY" and then "SAVE AND SHARE."
Go through the required prompts selecting any tags for it. There is no description required, so do not worry about filling one out.
Once you have completed tagging your replay with the predetermined categories, it will automatically be shared, and the achievement will pop.

OR, do a 1 lap Freeplay race at Eagle Rock oval, 1 drivatar, & afterwards save & share a replay.

Thanks for the guide. You have to wonder why games have these achievements. They now have thousands of replays stored that nobody will ever watch. It's such a waste of bandwidth and storage space.
