In Career you will have to complete the Introduction which consists of 3 races. Once completed the Builders Cup tours and Featured tours become available. You will need to complete each series of races in the tour to unlock. Some tours and series are locked until you complete a series prior or in another tour. Right now it appears you don't have to complete the Showcase, the achievement should pop at the end of the 4th Series.

As of release the available Tours are:

Builders Cup

Modern: 4 Series with 5, 6, 5, and 6 races and 1 Reward Showcase race
Enthusiast (requires the first series in Modern completed): 4 Series with 5, 5, 5, and 6 races and 1 Reward Showcase race
Power (requires the second series of Modern completed): 4 Series with 5, 5, 6, and 6 races and 1 Reward Showcase race
Legacy (requires the third series of Modern completed): 4 Series with 5, 6, 5, and 6 races and 1 Reward Showcase race
Open Class (requires the fourth series of Modern completed): [Limited Series resets each month] 4 Series with 4 races each and 1 Reward Showcase race

Featured (timed unlocks each week, new series each month)

Track (starterd prelaunch Oct 2023): 4 Series with 5, races and 1 Reward Showcase race
Prestige (started Nov 15th 2023): 4 Series with 5, races and 1 Reward Showcase race

Unlike past Forza games you do not "currently" need to complete all Tours or Featured (monthly) Tours, you only need to complete 4 to unlock the following. With FM being a Live Service game similar to FH4/FH5 more may be added in the future as title updates and include new achievements.

Great tip for those wanting to complete it quicker, however with the requirement to get 30 cars to 50, I'd personally do them as they give a lot of CXP

To get trophies do we have to come in 1st or 3rd or does completing in any position give a completion trophy?

1st-3rd will give a trophy, completing will give a participation ribbon. Right now their is no requirement to get a gold in each, but being a Forza game could expect title updates which may require them. I have heard people are not getting a trophy but a green ribbon in the Showcase, I still haven't completed it yet.

I ended up unlocking the achievement after the last race of Series 4 (Premium Performance) at the results screen. I thought the reward showcase was going to be part of it. I know now at least.

On Friday, October 27, 2023, the quickest way to unlock this is to pick career mode, pick Featured and go straight to the Prototype Power series and complete it. You don't need to do the first 3 series. I already had the achievements for completing 1 and 2 tours, so this unlocked the achievement for completing 3 tours for me. So, if you don't have either of those achievements, then this achievement should unlock when you have finished the last race of only the Prototype Power series.

Thanks FightingMegaFoo, that worked for me. I also tried force quitting the game as soon as the achievement popped in case it would fail to save progress and perhaps let me do the final race again and get another achievement, but it did actually save it.

edit - I redid the same series of five races and popped the achievement for two tours. I also used the self drive assist (I had to manually get into first place first because the self-drive AI never overtakes).

Only the featured are time locked, you only need 4 and there are 5 normal ones as part of the current cup series

I have only completed 2 Tours, but I just got the achievement for completing 3 Tours as well.

Here is how it happened by accident/chance.

Completed the last race in the last series of a Tour after losing my connection to the server (no trophy) but I still got the achievement for completing 2 Tours.

Quit the game (or be forced to quit the game when it hangs on the spinning wheel) and lost the progress for the last race.

Completed the last race of the same Tour again and got the achievement for completing 3 Tours!

That kind of makes up for all the progress I have lost so far. :)

Edit: To confirm I completed Tour 4 in 15 minutes by doing the above again. Check my achievements to see 3 Tours unlocked in 1 hour.
