Very simple achievement. When you are in the track, regardless of the mode you are in:
Press
to bring up the Menu.
Go to Photo Mode.
Press
to take a Photo.
to save the photo you just took.
Select Save and Share.
Go through the required prompts selecting any tags for it. There is no description required, so do not worry about filling one out.
Once you have completed tagging your photo with the predetermined categories, it will automatically be shared and the achievement will pop.
Press

I have uploaded multiple photos, and shared them, without this achievement unlocking. Any other reports of issues? Seems very straightforward and guide is clear on the process.

They've finally fixed the Achievement! After an update today, the achievement popped when I started the game.
