You can get both of these achievements using the 2020 Honda #73.
You'll also unlock :
The Self-Improvement achievement in Forza Motorsport worth 26 pointsScore a perfect 10 on any Track Segment
In the main menu, head to Race then Featured Multiplayer. You'll unlock the 2020 Honda #73 for free.
Get the car to level 3.
Then in the main menu, head to Cars then My Cars then select the 2020 Honda #73.
Go into upgrade and tune and select performance and perform a quick upgrade.
In the main menu, head to Race then Free Play then start up Quick Event Setup.
Choose the 2020 Honda #73.
Then set Game Type to Test Drive, set track to Lime Rock Park and set the track layout to Full Circuit.
Go into settings and set Global Assists Presets to Maximum and Throttle to Assisted
Start the race and hold RT.
You should unlock the achievements during the first lap.

The fact that you people need a guide for the game to automatically give you an achievement that takes zero skill to earn through natural gameplay is absolutely hilarious and very indicative of the abilities of the majority of people on this site.
