After you upgrade your car in the introduction, you can downgrade it and get the achievement. Pick the car you upgraded and the part you upgraded. The part should say sport. Select the first option which is stock. And confirm your selection. That will unlock the achievement. You just have to go back in and apply the upgrade again.

This is a bugged missable achievement. Over 50% of gamers still have not unlocked it yet everyone has to do it in the tutorial. Ive tried restibg ect it simply dose not work because i did not do it correctly on my first session.

Yeah this achievement is bugged for me too. have upgraded numerous times. Their downgrading and re-upgrading and nothing.
