There are two points in Act 2 that you'll be driving. While your autoturret is nice, it can get in the way of you trying to get this achievement. Drive through the act as you normally would, but when you find an enemy, boost into him before your turret has the chance to kill him. Kill 25 enemies in this manner.
Also, this achievement follows the gun kill rule as follows.
Note: Gun kills apparently stack even after death or loading from a checkpoint. If you find a good point in which you are killing many enemies with this gun and you've just saved, press start and select "Load Last Checkpoint" (or whatever it is). You'll reload from the last checkpoint but the game's internal counter doesn't. Thus, the amount of kills you had with this gun prior to your reload will not return to the point of that save.

Hi.
In your note, you're talking about the "gun kills", but the achievement here is about "running over enemies with the TDV-1". Is it a lapse of memory from you remplacing the way to kill from a solution to another?
And another question: do you think/know the count of kills carries over games? I'm actually at the end of my first playthrough and didn't get it. Maybe on my second one I won't start at zero kill using the vehicule?

Level select: "Recon" just after the "boss fight" is where you first get the vehicle

You will spend a whole mission using the TDV-1 to make your way through the level. This achievement sounds fairly easy and straightforward but can be a hassle. As you drive your turret will shoot down all enemies which are in your way. Unless you are quick the turret will finish off the enemies before you can run them over.
You may want to replay checkpoints or even attempt this on Hardcore as enemies will be tougher and take more shots from the turret. Successfully run over 25 enemies and the achievement will unlock.
