This involves using a Spike Grenade to lift or move a "hinged" object such as moving a gate or shutter. You will be instructed to do this within the tutorial.

During the 1st/Tutorial mission, when prompted to Investigate the building throw a spike grenade underneath a plank near the side of the building. The spike will raise the platform, creating a ramp up to the building entrance. Achievement will pop when the ramp is created correctly.
