How to unlock the Emptiness achievement in Fractured Minds - Definitive Guide

-Open Purple Present to get the Tail
-Interact with Pinata to get the Pin
-Interact with the Red Present to put on the Bandana.
-Next you need to Pin the Tail on the Donkey
-Blow out the Candles
-Open the Blue Present to get the Key
-Exit Room

Nice simple easy guide... weird thing is, this achievement didn't pop for me yet all the others did, including the completed all chapters one. Anyone else experiencing this?

Curiously enough, after refreshing the site, it shows here that I've unlocked it, just not on my Xbox or Xbox Console Companion app...

Same here. Shows on here that I got it, but didn't pop on the Xbox. Weird. Any solution for that yet?

i unlocked all achievement,but didn't pop on the Xbox. then i delete the game, and install the game again to replay . but achievement even can't unlock. :(

Same issue for me too. Unable to unlock. I tried multiple times, quitting out of the game as well. Unfortunately, there is no save data so I am unable to clear that and try again.

Silly me, I pinned the tail where a tail should go and it would seem that I broke the game. I can't make the correct choice and progress through that level.
I've tried reinstalling and doing it properly but no luck.
I can, however, do the other levels properly.
If anyone knows a fix... I'm all ears.

In chapter two you have 3 presents on the table open the purple one first inside is the tail next go over to the piñata and shake it this will give you pin now open the red one this has a blindfold once you have it on head over to the picture with the donkey and put the tail on. Once done blow the candles out and open the big present and inside will be the key

Achievement Name - Emptiness

When you get to chapter 2 walk over to the purple present and open it, in the present you will find a tail. Walk over to the Piñata and interact with it to get pin.
Walk over to the red present and interact with it to get the bandana. You will now need to pin the tail on the donkey (which is one the wall).
Go back to the table and blow out the candles, then interact with the blue present to get the key for the door. Walk over to the door and interact with it to unlock the achievement.

Story related, cannot be missed.

To complete this chapter you need to complete a series of actions in order. First you need to open the purple present on the table to acquire the Tail, then go to the back corner and shake the Pinata to get a Pin. Then go back to the table and open the red present and get the blind fold. Now go to the Donkey on the wall and pin the tail on it. After this go back to the table and blow out the candles on the birthday cake, then finally open the large, blue present to get the key for the door and go through it to complete the chapter, unlocking this achievement.
