Complete any level and just remove the last conveyor belt so level can't complete then start factory n wait for pop this is how I got it

What works for me is Box 1: Puzzle 2

Create a loop around the centre and wait. The donuts will continuously loop also unlocking ‘Infinite Loop, Like a Donut’

The dev said that the proper solution is to simply let the donuts roll after you complete a big level without impatient mode or fast forward.
In short, if it takes over 1 minute for the donuts to complete the level you will get the achievement.
But yeah, your solution also works and it's way easier to do.
I would just add one thing: it seems you need to have music at 11 like the other achievement for this to pop.
