Friday the 13th: The Game

Load up a match on the Higgins Haven Map and look for the Cemetary (Cross on a Tombstone symbol on the map) which is located in the Northwest Corner. If approaching from the south the tombstone with the Bear sitting next to it is on the Right-Hand side. Just walk up to the bear (I stepped on it to be sure) and wait for the Achievement to pop. There is no way to interact with it.

On the Map " Higgins Heaven" go to the Cemetary ( NW on the Map ) in the Middle of the Cemetary is a grave and the will sit a Teddy Bear...just go ahead and watch him or click on it to get the Achievement

This achievement can be earned in Quick Play, Private Match or Offline Play. You can unlock it as Jason or a counselor.

If you're trying to unlock this achievement quickly and solo, choose Offline Play from the main menu, then click on offline bots. Choose Higgins Haven as the map. DO NOT choose Higgins Haven Small.
Pick your Jason and start the match. The difficulty and number of counselors doesn't matter.
Once the match starts, use your morph ability (+) and morph to the cemetery, located here on the map:

Once you're there, find the gravestone with a teddy bear leaning on it and walk overtop of it. This will unlock the achievement.

From the main menu select 'Offline Play' then 'Offline Bots' then pick 'Higgins Haven' as the map and set the enemy A.I. to 'Easy'.

When in the game hold RB and press B to morph to the graveyard site (top left of the map).

When you arrive just turn around and walk to the second from last gravestone. Stand in front of it and the achievement should unlock in a few seconds.
