Can be done with a boosting partner.

Play as Jason and get yourself into rage mode. While in rage mode you'll break doors by walking through them.

A good way to build up your rage meter is by walking into bear traps a few times.

This is made much easier if you are able to play a private match with a friend/boosting partner.

You can change the settings in a private match as host, by going to the cog icon on the map's image in the lobby, in there you can turn on the setting so that Jason is in Rage Mode from the start of the match.

If you play on the Pinehurst map with a Jason that can run and teleport around you should be able to get about 50 doors in one match, internal doors count as well.

Jarvis House should be good as well I think
