Okie dokie so far this achievement you basically get this by just playing ALOT! And staying in the game.
Because that will add an extra chance for you to spawn in as Tommy Jarvis, and that can either help with other achievements or get killed for a second time.

Achievement is a little buggy. Had 99% completed, went into a match as Jason and this popped after killing a counselor.
