Popped as soon as I walked through the door to apartment 233. Access was available shortly after power went in building.

From Toy's Land (100G), turn around and open the door into the kitchen. Walk forward as far as you can then turn around and leave. Walk around the table to the right and the far door will automatically open. Walk into the bathroom to the sink, turn around and leave. When you turn around, you will see a couple of toy robots moving on their own. Walk into the main room and around the table to the right to play a cutscene before it fades to black.

You will once again awaken in the basement, so return once again to the second floor. Walk to the end of the hallway and turn right and open the door directly in front of you, #233, which will unlock this achievement.

The next achievement you will unlock is Room 128 (100G).
