That game was messed up. I like scary games, but that just made no sense. No clue how I would've done it without a guide, either. I pulled my hair out as it was with how slow he walks.

From Murderess Father (100G), turn left and continue down the corridor. Walk into the bathroom on the left, turn around then leave. While walking back to the apartment door you will see it close. Open the door and walk through it, only to be teleported back to the corridor outside the bathroom.
Return to the apartment door, now open, and walk through it and you will be teleported once again back to the corridor. For a third time, start walking towards the apartment door only to be stopped by a figure that says “you have come this far but you won’t make it out without our help”. Once it disappears, you can now exit the apartment.
In the hallway, turn right then turn left and enter #134 again. Walk down the corridor to the main room and stand in front of the TV. A cutscene will play, and once you have movement again, this final achievement will unlock. Congratulations on your 1000
