How to unlock the Landlord for Kids achievement in Frightence - Definitive Guide

Once you're able to enter apartment 135, I noticed some toys on the floor by a wagon, I attempted to interact with them and this achievement popped. Not 100% sure that it was me interacting with the toys or just walking into the area. Either way it popped quickly once I was inside.

You actually need to pick the piece of paper up on the end table with the toy dinosaur on it for it to pop.

From Aisle Blocker (100G), turn around and leave the kitchen. Walk through the slabs of hanging meat and exit the apartment. Turn left and walk down the hallway to the stairwell. Descend one flight and enter the first floor hallway. Walk to the end of the hallway and turn left and open the door directly in front of you, #135.

Open the second door and on the table on the left is a piece of paper. Pick it up to unlock this achievement.

The next achievement you will unlock is Toy's Land (100G).
