How to unlock the Room 128 achievement in Frightence - Definitive Guide

This popped for me after the power went out in the building and I was reexploring the 1st floor. I didn't interact with the door to apartment 128 due to the caution tape over it. I'm not sure if not interacting triggered it (thus implying this could be achieved sooner than I got it to pop) or if it was just set to pop at this point of the game. Either way, it popped at this point as soon as I passed the door to apartment 128 and was in front of 130.

From Funeral Home (100G), continue in apartment #233, turn left and walk down the corridor and open the door on the left. On the nightstand to the left of the bed is a piece of paper, so pick it up and leave the room. Open the door across the corridor, walk to the computer, then turn around and leave the room.

Turn left to walk towards the main room and you will be stopped by a figure standing in the corridor. It will sing for about 20 seconds before you can continue. Exit the apartment and walk back to the stairwell. Descend one flight and enter the first floor hallway. Walk down the hallway and this achievement will eventually unlock.

The next achievement you will unlock is Murderess Father (100G).
