Unlike Horrible Boss, The Three Amigos requires to you be nice to your colleagues any chance you can get. If there's an option to thank them for their good work, do so. If there's an opportunity to let Charlie take the lead on an interrogation, let him. Compliment both Sam and Charlie when possible and always choose their side.
