In World 2-10, "Doof Returns", get to the top, and survive for 30 seconds against Doof.
I'll post a video soon, this level can be really frustrating. I do not think there is a way to kill or stun Doof. So it really is dodge his barrage of attacks for 30 seconds.
Tip: Before you enter "Doof Returns", save your game from the pause screen. If you start to run low on lives, you can always quit to main menu and reload your save. That'll save the need to 'hunt' for lives.
