To add, when I first finished Case 1 and answered the phone, this didn't unlock for me.
However, rather than play the whole thing again, go into the case, choose scene select, then go to "9 - Office Wrapup" and play through that very short scene again, then it should unlock. You may need to reboot the game before doing it too.
