Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery

This is completed in Case 3. From Case 3's Main Menu, hold SHIFT + L to bring up the Secret Save Menu. Choose "Sad Ending - Scene Start" and this should unlock as soon as you load in.

If playing on Xbox, you can access the Secret Save Menu by holding LT, LB, RB, and RT at the same time

Case 3 Achievement:

As you play through case 3 to find the suspect, by the end you're framed and the blame is placed on you and ultimately you're placed in Jail, known as the Bad Room. Simply follow the story to get this as it can't be missed.
