Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery

At the beginning of case 3, you will play as someone other than detective frog. Answer the phone, pick up magnifying glass, etc until your perspective switches over to detective frog. Turn around and answer the phone. Next to it is a scooter. Ride scooter into town. Here's full walkthrough video for all achievements.

This is completed in Case 3. From Case 3's Main Menu, hold SHIFT + L to bring up the Secret Save Menu. Choose "Cowboy County - Lobster Cop Intro" and this should unlock as you load in.

If playing on Xbox, you can access the Secret Save Menu by holding LT, LB, RB, and RT at the same time

Case 3 Achievement:

When you first begin case 3 you will need to answer the phone and then move into the next area, in the next area pick up the phone in the yellow booth when it rings and then take the scooter next to it. Once you have the scooter follow the path out of the area and and after a few cutscenes you will reach the town. The achievement won't pop right away so when you reach town speak with lobster cop and he will be added to the journal, from there close your journal and you should gain the achievement.
