Case 2

You need to get out of your office and a cinematic with Lobster the Cop appears he will give you some tips about being a detective and one of them is to have a notebook, just follow the conversation until you can take the notebook and fill it with stickers.

At the beginning of case 2, you will be given a notebook that you can decorate after you leave your office. Go to the desk and pick this up and put some stickers on it. Here's full walkthrough video for all achievements.

Start of Case 2: After you talk to Lobster Cop make a right, interact with the notebook, and rag one sticker on it. Finish and the achievement will pop.
