Just simply collect every little shiny coin in every level including the bonus stages. Make sure you check EVERYWHERE, sometimes they can really be hidden. It would really suck if you thought you grabbed every coin but at the end you find out that you missed one, then you did all that work for nothing. Also, make good use of your tongue by pressing 
for the harder to reach coins.
