The easiest way to get this achievement, is to specifically go for it through the game.
As you play, you'll see purple frogs hopping around. Jump onto/near them, and you'll see they stick to you. While they're stuck, get yourself into one of the 5 home bases, and you'll save the lady frog.
Do this 5 times before you use all your lives.

Just in case anyone is still playing this, I can confirm as of Aug 10, 2016, lives cannot be set to 7 to have this cheevo unlock. I did it twice with lives at 7 rescuing over 10 "lady frogs" each time, with no cheevo-pop. Once I dropped the lives down to three, cheevo popped as soon as I rescued the last "lady frog."

"full stomach"
As you progress through the levels you will notice purple "lady frogs"
Hop onto a lady frog and guide her home 5 times to unlock this heartwarming 20 gamerscore.

The lady frogs are the purple blue looking things on the logs. On level 1 you can get about three, just look back if you are past first set of logs because thats where lady frogs only go and if you missed one jump back and get it. You should have this in level 2.
