Essentially, this requires you to go through (in essence) 3 whole levels without dying. The best recommendation I can give is to do this from the start of level 1 and take your time crossing over. Don't be afraid to go backwards to help move you to the other side of the screen. The achievement doesn't add any extra time requirements to this, so there's no need to rush quicker than the game timer. As with all the classic games, out-thinking the game is very important.

Unless I'm missing something there is a timer on each level, so you can't take your time

Finally managed it, and no pop. Default settings, chicken 2 didn't work either...but level 4 did. Very odd.

Although achievement says get 15 frogs home without dying all this means is completing level 3 without dying. Hard achievement but if you beat level 4 you can get it.
