How to unlock the Great Shot achievement in Front Mission Evolved - Definitive Guide
Lord Maim has a written a great roadmap for the game, including a full list of collectibles for each level. I found this more useful than 20 minute videos.

They're well hidden, but they're certainly not impossible to find. I used the guide for all of them, but maybe combining them with videos in other solutions might help with any you're missing?

The above link is very helpful to get most. However, I found a couple that others, myself included, had trouble with. I had posted what I found on the same forum as the guide. Here is what I posted:
Finally found 18 in Promise. It's before 17. After the doors open in the tunnel, the helicopters fly up and you get 16, do no go further on. There is a rock pillar to the left ledge, looking up and to it's left you can see the sensor.
Found 20 in Chorus of Destruction. After 19 turn North, if North is still the way point, rather than South as the guide says. There are the windows being referred to. I have the best bazooka and can't seem to get it; if you use the grenade launcher you can get it easy if you aim at the second wall.
Additionally, I found these pictures to be faster most of the time. They give a general idea but are limited and slightly out of order at one point.

I am still searching for a couple I can't find using the guide. So, I'll update if I find them despite the guides.
If all that isn't enough, I came across this:

These guys are...interesting, but it's a video guide.

See the Sensor / Emblem / Scrambler / Key Locations section of the guide.
There are no sensors in the first and final missions. If you miss any sensors, keys etc. then you can replay the mission and pick it up then and all the previous collectables you picked up will still count. If you die during the mission, you’ll still keep the collectibles you pick up. You won’t have to pick them back out.
Refer to this guide for all of the emblem locations.
This guide was translated automatically.
Location of all emblem sensors. https://front-mission.org/forum/12-36-1, there is a video for half the game, a map for 1/4, and a description in English for the last quarter

In total, the game has 5 acts with 3 missions each (where there are sensors). In total, you need to find 300 sensors. Probably the most boring story trophy.
Be careful, as a rule, after passing a checkpoint it is not possible to return (there are usually 3 checkpoints at each level).
As a rule, on each segment you will find 5 sensors, but there are exceptions (see the guide to the location of all collected items in the game).
There are also levels where, after killing enemies, you are automatically transferred further, regardless of whether you collected first aid kits, emblems, or did not destroy the sensors. Leave 1 enemy robot, collect everything and then kill him. This occurs both in levels where you control a robot and in levels where you play as a human.
