Some tips here :
With adaptation you will focus the frostland and you can get plenty of resources to get back to your city.
- the icon at the bottom right at the start of your playthrough is not blocked, you can still go for Progress if Adaptation is showed, but once you make a law or a research you can't change your affinity. Even if the research seems to not add progress in the tab of the affinity but constructing the building does, I did not try to do a research in the opposite affinity I choose. (If someone tested it and can confirm, I will update this point)
- Some research have a square and a circle in it like "Housing Insulation" in the Heating tab, these is neutral and can be researched without canceling your achievement.

Only invest in a single ideology from each of the 3 categories.
- Progress vs Adaptation
- Merit vs Equality
- Reason vs Tradition
The secondary ideology needs to be kept at 0.
Unclear if you can raise and lower it back to 0 safely, bast to avoid increasing it in the first place.
Unclear if you can safely research opposing laws or buildings and not enact/build them.
Never grant agenda to factions that may overwrite your choices.
