Complete a playthrough without any avoidable deaths
How to unlock the Not on my watch achievement in Frostpunk 2 - Definitive Guide
I actually find this one more annoying than the one in the first Frostpunk because a) there are some laws that will passively kill off people without telling you and b) it's significantly worse at notifying you when people die. I think the logic is supposed to be that the people that get passively killed off are immediately offset by the population growth, but even then I found a lot of times that the sound will play but the notification won't show or vice versa. In general, I would avoid any radical laws or cornerstones to be safe. You can do this in either story or utopia mode, but the ending of story mode will tell you how many people die and how, so I would do it in that either for double checking or research.

The laws that I found that definitely passively kill people are:
- Only the Strong Will Prevail (passive exiles)
- Public Executions (self-explanatory aside from the passive part)
- Servitude (this one tells you they die from overwork, but there's no ability to overwork them so I think it's assumed that all servants are automatically on something like emergency shifts)
- Guard Immunity
- Either Criminal Reparations law
- Automaton Primacy
