Fulfil at least 1 promise to 5 different communities and factions in one playthrough

Can only be done in Utopia mode.
Scenario, map and setting do not matter.
Once you have picked 3 cornerstones - Survival, City or Society (Picked by using the council) and after a few in-game weeks. You'll automatically be assigned a new faction that'll be introduced into the scenario.
After another 40-80 weeks, the reverse faction will show up. Below are the factions and it's linked counterpart.
Bohemians & Overseers
Icebloods & Technocrats
Legionnaires & Proteans
Menders & Venturers
Once you have the 5 factions. Click on their icons and select > Make Promise. Once done, carry out the promise you agreed to.
Complete this with each faction to unlock the achievement.
