How to unlock the Thank you for your feedback achievement in Frostpunk 2 - Definitive Guide

You need to ignore community requests 5 times.
There are multiple ways to trigger these requests, here are a few
Starter Laws (you might need to pass some of these to form a faction):
- don't pass Outsiders law
- don't pass Childhood law
- don't pass Contagion Prevention law (might need sick people)
- don't pass Funerals law (might need dead people)
Conditions:
- have low Heatstamps issue (mid game)
- ignore high Dissatisfaction/Unrest issue (not tested, might refer to protests)
- starve people (not tested)
Radical laws and protests (might be repeatable):
- pass radical laws and refuse to repeal them (denying faction's vision)
- ignore district protest (you can still counter protests or quell)
You might need to research and build some Communication Hubs if your trust goes to low. Same with Fighting Hubs for Tension.
Achievement is unlocked immediately.

I am still not sure what exactly is it but you have to get community request like "You failed to deal with squallor problem, community x want you to deal with this problem" and then you don't accept their solution, leading to affinity drop on all communities or just for this community.
Easiest setup i found is to go to deep mining and put structure with heavy squalor and venting tower to deal with it. When you are endgame with infinite ressources, no population grow, deactivate your tower to get catastrophic squalor. You will probably get 1-2 pop up then nothing more. Activate your tower to get absent squalor and repeat until you get this achievement.
