This achievement is a bit trickier than it’s engineer counterpart because you can’t convert the engineers into workers.
Instead you’ll have to side with the workers and kill every engineer you have. You can check how many you have by pressing the
.
You’ll need to go up in the Labor Book of Laws tree until you can pass “Abolition of Privileges” and “Selfless Sacrifice”.
Abolition of Privileges will let you take your engineers and make them work on the generator and the more dangerous the job the better. Selfless Sacrifice will lower workplace safety by 2, which should help. Then just pick the options that kill the most workers and you’re golden!
Another bonus is that you don’t need to bring back your Scouts like you did for the Engineer achievement. Since they’re already workers you can leave them to their hunting grounds sending you food.
