Welcome to one of the hardest games to get a 1,000gs. You have bought this and accepted the hardest challenge on earth.
This is the easiest one to get. Just don't do promises you can't keep!
Recommendations:
Easy mode (You can do a few other achievements with this one (Worse than London: build only tents and no other housing building, Charcoaled!: Smelt ONLY WOOD for coal)
ONLY do what you can easily or within the next day. If you are unsure DO NOT DO THEM!
Some examples of hard ones:
Any "extra" EX: instead of choosing "Feed everyone" you choose "feed everyone AND stockpile 40 food". Do the easy ones!
"Heat homes for 2 days" - Make sure you ABSOLUTELY CAN do this or ignore it. This is the one that normally kills people since they take this on too early and can't keep it up for 2 days. Just say NO!
Gather like you would at the beginning of the game and have as many restrictions as you want. Make it as easy as you want or watch a video for assistance :)

For the achievements like this, do you have to turn best the scenario? Or can you fail on like day 10 and still get the achievement?

I got this even after I failed the last promise I made of stockpiling 1400 wood so you may or may not need to do that promise.
