From the main menu, choose Endless Mode. From there, choose Serenity.
Once the game starts, simply don't do anything. Your citizens will get fed up with your negligence and overthrow you as leader.
It also probably helps if you put the difficulty sliders on Extreme.

Serenity mode is found by going to the title screen, picking Endless mode then Serenity.

Serenity mode is one of the two modes you can pick when starting an Endless game.
Start an Endless game, crank it up to Extreme difficulty, and just don’t do anything at the start of the game. Fast forward and watch your people die horrible deaths of cold just so you can get a trophy.
