How to unlock the Hyperefficient achievement in Frostpunk: Edition - Definitive Guide
This achievement is much easier to get than it might seem. When you click on a worksite, you will see at the top of the window where it shows the thermometer next to a percentage. That percentage is what you're trying to get over 200.
The easiest way to do this is to sign the law for "Extra Rations For The Ill"
Build an Infirmary (or care house, or maybe even a medical tent) and make sure it's kept Comfortably warm, with all applicable Research Upgrades. Nearby you should put a Shrine (or if you went with the LAW, you can put a Propaganda Center with Agitators) as this will increase production for anything near it.
Having a Foreman, Child medical workers, or Amputee workers can help as well. But all of that is mostly unimportant aside from the Double Rations Law, which adds a whopping 70% to your efficiency.
Just make sure you don't currently have Extended Shift or Emergency Shift activated for that building, as this will lower your efficiency and increase discontent.

Good guidelines here. Please note as well that on top of Double Rations, the shrine, and the Medical Upgrade tech, it was necessary for me to sign the Organ Transplants Adaptation. Even if nobody dies in your city, that law will continue to boost your healing rate.

Yeah just extra rations and shrines nets you 198%, you’ll need Organ Transplants.
