Requirements are pretty self-explanatory, but their are a couple things to keep in mind.
You’ll need 12 steam cores for each basic dock, and they all have to be working at the same time.
On Day 35 the ocean will freeze and all the docks will stop working.
On day 26 I replaced my fishing dock with a forth dock and broke down my advanced reloading stations (the 3 core ones) so I’d have enough to build the others. You’ll have to order more steam cores as the game goes on so make sure you order them as soon as you’ve built the Telegraph building.
