How to unlock the All Along the Watchtower achievement in Frostpunk - Definitive Guide

During the passage, you will need to choose a legislative direction for engineers. Then pass a law on prisoners and, with the help of security towers, turn workers into slaves. In this case, it will be necessary to build prisons and additional security towers to prevent a riot from happening (engineers for them can be made from workers in a special building). Leave enough workers to work in the port. Towers do not cover the port area well, and without this, the lessons will not unload resources

Each security tower has its own cooldown to convert 15 workers to 15 prisoners. Therefore, the more towers, the faster the process.
