- I Built A Care House And Signed The Law To Ship Them Back To London.
So Do That ^

Never Order More Engineers With Your Allocation Points.
-We Need To Get Rid Of All Of Them So This Wont Help.
Get Workers Or Steam Cores Instead!

Do Not Research Things That Increase The Safety Level Of Workplaces.

I Ordered 12-13 Steam Cores And Ended Up With Around 300 Workers Towards The End.

Side With The Workers When Given A Choice Between Engineers And Workers.




The Solution

Start Passing Worker-Based Laws And Progress Through The Level As Normal, Building The Generator Until You Finish The Core And Side Supports.


-Around Day 25 Or 30-
You Should Be Ready To Build The Two Thermal Shells.

Make Sure You Pass The Law That Lets You Stock Any Work Place With Any Role.
(It Lets Workers Run The Workshops, Engineers Can Work On The Generator, Etc)

Place The Thermal Shell Blueprints And Only Make Your Engineers Work On Them.

At This Point Make Sure The Workplace is As Dangerous And Cold As Possible, You Are Trying To Get Those Engineers Hurt.

24 hour shifts, No Ventilation Plants, No Safety Procedures, No Heaters, Etc.

When Your 30 Or So Engineers Start To Fall Sick, Make Sure To Turn Off Your Medical Posts And Destroy Your Care House To Prevent Them From Getting Treatment.

This Will Also Take Its Toll On Your Population.
- Unable To Get Treatment You Will See Some Deaths.

You Can Click the "Workers" Tab On The Generator To See If All Of Them Are Sick Yet Or Not.
2-4 Days After They Are Sick, They Will Die.



Clean Up

When The Last Engineer Dies, Make Sure To Switch Your Medical Tents Back On, And Assign Workers To The Generator To Finish It Up.

You Still Need To Finish And Survive Until The Rescue Arrives, But You Do Not Need To Build Any Upgrades At This Point, Just Hold On Until The Temps Warm Up.

Playing On Easy Does Not Void The Achievement, But Perhaps Playing On Hard Would Make It Easier To Get The Engineers Sick.

Pass The Worker Law That Lets You Put Engineers On The Generator Early.
In The Events That Give You The Option To Murder All Your Workers (Seal The Tunnel, Exhaust It Of Oxygen), Select The Option That Would Otherwise Seem Crazy, Murdering All Your Engineers.

We take the side of the Trade Union. We are adopting the laws “Removal of Privileges” and “Selfless Labor” and preferably “Work in two shifts” to speed up the process. After building the generator, we stay, save, turn off the infirmaries and demolish care homes, put all the engineers in the production of radiators and turn on selfless labor. They will very quickly become sick and die without treatment. We return work to medical institutions and wait for the winter, or install three generator improvements.
