The score related achievements will come with practice. Bigger point scores will come with criticals, combos and special fruit which will all give you bonuses. Make sure when you see the special fruits to slice them as much as possible, as they will clear the screen and you will get an extra miss when after every 100 points. Once you get the hang of it scores way bigger than 200 shouldn't be an issue.
