The best mode to do slice fruit fast in is definitely arcade mode. Just keep doing it over and over again until the trophy pops. There is no way to see your total fruit sliced, so keep going until you hear the bell.

Just for the heads up for everyone, It took me 7 hours and 59 minutes to get every trophy of this game. This was the last one. After everything else, I think I had to play about 5 hours of arcade mode. So, be patience.
