Can be done on the very first race just take it slow but not too slow since you have to win first and make sure you follow the GPS.

Like killers said take it slow but not to slow should unlock on the first race if you wreck just restart the race. GPS is also very helpful.

This one is easiest to do in the first race, just don't do any unnecessary jumps or take any shortcuts and you should get it.
