As you can find it almost everywhere, here is a tip.
When you are on a main road ( in white on the map), look for farms and other builduings. There is a about two or three FUEL there, Simply jump on the roof ;-)
There is some times exactelly the same farm 2 kms laters, so do the same.
Other tip : Use a good dirt bike.
