in theory, if you only wanted this achievement then all you found have to do is spam the Scrap Fishing facility (located at far left side of the tank) 10 times for 5 Intermissions in a row (achievement unlocks on the conclusion of the 50th use of scrap fishing)

however, if you are viewing this for insight into when to tie this achievement into a 100% playthrough, then this is best spammed near the end of the game and/or at the beginning of New Game+ (once the Scrap Fishing facility has been expanded to max level) as you will need a lot of ancient parts anyways (and scrap fishing is a great way to get them) to get
