A note to avoid a few heart attacks:
This doesn't unlock along with the second to last achievement, but when the next battle starts. When I got my second to last achievement it didn't pop. I did open my full screen achievement list to see if it was just stuck, then saved and exited from the game and finally reload the game. It was still locked. Then I advanced to the next battle and when my first character was allowed to make their first move the achievement unlocked.
