How to unlock the Fishing Enthusiast achievement in Fuga: Melodies of Steel - Definitive Guide

After the "event" in chapter 1, you will have access to the Taranis facilities. Just head to the far left and press Y to access the fishing menu and a short tutorial on how to use it. You are almost guaranteed to succeed the first time you try for the achievement. If you don't, just try again.
