How to unlock the Perfect Facility achievement in Fuga: Melodies of Steel - Definitive Guide

You'll likely not get this until your second playthrough. What you need to do is get your Scrap Fishing, Workshop, Messroom, Farm, and Dormitory to level 5.

The sticking point here seems to be the Scrap Fishing, as you'll likely be missing the final item (Mechanical Rod) to get that final upgrade. The Mechanical Rod is a listed drop for your Shrine of the Forge God Expedition, but I've ran that many times (as well as confirming with others online) and the drop rate seems to be insanely low.

So when you're running through your second playthrough in NG+ the Chapter 5 Boss drops this item (please comment if you don't get it, but it seems to be 100% chance). This is the same chapter you get Jin.

the farm has sub catagories, the chicken coop and the sheep. easy to miss on the upgrade screen.

This can be done in a single playthrough, just got the mechanical rod for my last expansion towards the end of Chapter 11. Got the mechanical rod my second attempt at the expedition (messed up my first run and didn't collect everything) so unsure if it's purely RNG or if getting an S rank improves your chances.

The drop rate for the expedition is insanely low. I've done perfect runs every time it was possible and save scummed for a total of at least 10 times (10 perfect runs) and didn't get it to drop. Since you need a second playthrough for a bunch of other achievements it might be easier to just get it off the boss drop.

You get the mechanical rod by defeating Flam with rank S (end of chapter 5)
