Each race provides a list of conditions at the start which determine whether you win a medal, which vary from one race to the next. These can include killing a specified number of rivals, finishing in under a certain time limit, finishing a certain position or better, amassing a certain number of wreck points, etc. or a combination of multiple requirements.
Meet the conditions required for the Full Auto medal (essentially a goldmedal) in order to unlock this Achievement at the end of the race. This Achievement stacks with the Semi Auto Medal Achievement and will unlock that one at the same time if not already earned.
