The Hunter series requires you to take down a specified number of rival targets. There are six races to complete, and involve a range of different vehicles with your choice of weapon loadouts.
You need to meet the Survivor requirements for all six races to earn this Achievement. Pay attention to the individual race requirements and try for the Gold while you're at it, since there's an Achievement to earn for getting a Gold (Full Auto) medal on all races.
Once you pass the requirements for all six races, the Achievement will unlock.
It can often be easier to land a hit using forward firing weapons, so use the X button on the weapon selection screen to toggle the weapon balance to Level 3 in the front and Level 1 in the back.

Destroy your rivals (triple waypoints) and finish the point-to-point race under par time. Concentrate on elimination, and then the race itself.
Come third or above and gather the stated amount of wreck points in every race of the series to unlock the achievement.
